1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at eyetrendz.optics@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

After Dispatch

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • You may still return the product after delivery (see our Return Policy below).


2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or prescription lenses

  • Opened contact lenses or solutions

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size or product defects.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacement will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment wallet again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at eyetrendz.optics@gmail.com.
