1. Shipping Time

  • All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or prescription lens orders may take up to 5 business days to prepare before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49–₹99 for orders below ₹999 (depending on your location).

  • The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you make payment.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier link.

  • You can track your order status at any time using the provided tracking details.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India only.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

6. Packaging

All products are packed securely using protective materials to avoid damage during transit.
Every package is quality-checked before shipping.

7. Shipping Delays

While we try to ensure timely shipping, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier network issues

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • National holidays or strikes

In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or SMS.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund as needed.
