We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the 6-month warranty period, we will provide:

Replacement is subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered.

6. Lenses & Custom Orders

Prescription lenses and customized eyewear are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EyeTrendz.in is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect prescriptions provided by customers.
We recommend verifying your eye power with a certified optometrist before placing an order.

7. Color & Design Variation

Slight color or design variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

The store’s decision regarding warranty claims and replacements will be final and binding.
